Postdoctoral Research Fellow Position

Laboratory Introduction:

Our research group uses biochemistry, molecular cell biology and animal tumor models to carry out basic and applied transformation research on virus-induced tumor development， including: 1) Herpes virus (EBV and KSHV) persistent infection maintenance and immune escape mechanism; 2) The pathogenic mechanism of interaction between tumor microenvironment (immune escape, stress, etc.) and oncoviruses; 3) The tumorigenic mechanism of viral co-infection and its tumor diagnosis and treatment targets and strategies

 

General requirements：

1. Candidates should have (or be close to completing) a PhD in one of the following: Genetics, Biochemistry, Systems Biology, Computational Biology, Medicine or a related field.

2. Candidates have (or will soon have) a PhD in bioinformatics, computer science, mathematics or statistics related field, with strong programming or data processing skills is desirable.

3. Research experience, overseas study and work experience is preferred.

4. Minimum of one first-author publication in an international scientific journal.

5. Fluency in oral/written English and excellent communication skills.

6. Strong team-spirit and ability to work independently.
